1. Service Overview

Coastal Rush provides two core services:

• 🍔 Fast Food Delivery - Professional delivery of food from restaurants and fast food outlets
• 🛍️ Personal Concierge - Professional personal assistant and delivery services

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Coastal Rush services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 General Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
• Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries
• Provide clear instructions for service delivery
• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism
• Payment of applicable service fees
• Comply with age restrictions (18+ for all services)

3.2 Prohibited Activities

• Requesting delivery of illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to circumvent our service policies
• Harassment or abuse of our staff
• Using our services for any illegal purpose

4. Service Availability

• Services are subject to driver/assistant availability
• Weather and road conditions may affect delivery times
• We reserve the right to refuse service in certain circumstances
• Peak periods may result in longer delivery times

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, time, and service type
• Concierge services are charged at hourly rates plus expenses
• Additional fees may apply for special requests or urgent delivery
• All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, card, and electronic payments
• Corporate clients may request billing arrangements
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Service Liability

• We maintain comprehensive insurance for our operations
• Liability is limited to the value of services provided
• We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• Customers should ensure adequate insurance for high-value items

6.2 Delivery Insurance

• Basic delivery insurance is included for items up to R500
• Additional insurance coverage available for higher value items
• Customers must declare item value for appropriate coverage

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and in our services are the property of Coastal Rush and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to terminate service for violations of these terms
• Outstanding payments remain due upon termination

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
